[Abstract] With the？developing of digital library in the compound？library on vocational college， electronic reading room？is playing an increasingly important role as digita information resources？to provide？a place. This article discusses the building of information resources in electronic reading room of compound？libraries on vocational college from five aspects which are the role of electronic reading room at the？compound？libraries on vocational college， strengthen the？construction of library web site？and electronic？reading room， strengthen the？construction of open？access to teaching resources， the networking building of CD with the book resources on open？access in electronic reading room of vocational college library， strengthen the？resource sharing of the web site and electronic reading room vocational college library. 及时为编写好各种图书和资料索引，一有新书及时提供新信息，以便读者查找、查阅，全面提高图书资料的流通率，利用率，充分发挥图书馆的作用。四、健全图书馆各项管理制度制度是做好每一项工作的前提，是提高工作效率的可靠保证，图书室工作也不例外。
要围绕经济社会改革与发展，及时了解掌握广大读者的信息需求，提供信息服务，提高信息资源建设和信息服务质量，主动为社会全面发展和进步做出应有的贡献。二是始终坚持服务社会精神文明建设理念。做好图书馆管理工作是发挥图书馆作用的关键。
图书馆要组织要素质培训与业务提升工作，定期或不定期地组织开展各种技术和专业培训，通过培训提高工作人员的业务技能与管理能力，使其能熟练地工作，应给予图书馆工作者更多关怀，以激发图书馆工作者的工作责任心与敬业精神。要改变图书馆的某些不尽合理的规则，促进馆藏资源的最大利用，给读者享受服务带来了便利。
图书馆是人类知识的宝库，是精神的粮仓。
五、实现馆藏资源优化利用调整馆藏资源，优化资源配置报告说：很明显，网络阅读让人们读得更多，却读得更浅。
但这种阅读方式代替不了深度阅读和思考，一味的浏览式的浅阅读，将会对国民的阅读行为和习惯造成负面影响。如笔者所在的郑州轻工业学院图书馆已通过安卓系统等实现在图书馆内任何一个地方使用计算机、平板电脑、手机等多种终端上网，对数字图书资源进行访问、检索、阅读、下载等。
从上述调查可以看出，当代大学生把大量时间用在网络上，QQ聊天及玩网络游戏又是受访学生最经常的业余活动方式。但由调查结果（见图1）可知，图书馆这个阅读场所仍是大学生的最爱。
