从调查结果来看，76.5%的特色数据库访问完全收到限制，11.76%的特色数据库可以浏览，不能下载，仅有5.8%完全开放，由此可见，新疆特色数据库开放程度极低。
越来越多的高校图书馆纷纷加入到业务外包的行业，只是外包的范围和程度有所不同。3）对到馆的新书，进行整体验收，清点确认图书的批书、件数，完成与图书送货商的交接。
验收工作要认真、细致，思想集中，一步一步耐心操作，不能盲目追求速度。2）强化图书采访工作。5）?目数据质量问题。

4.3 加强对读者的宣传教育与管理工作在高校图??馆期刊阅览管理的过程中，经常会出现期刊乱架、丢失以及破损的现象，这和读者的思想素质具有十分密切的关系。此外，有的读者为了便于自身查找，常常会将期刊放在自己比较熟悉但又较为隐蔽的地方。
对于高校图书馆来说，其应开展对读者的思想教育活动，尤其要加强对新生的教育，使其掌握图书馆的相关规章制度。第二，因为期刊的种类比较多，一旦期刊出现乱放的现象，就很难在短时间内找到其原来所在的位置，这就加大了相关工作人员的工作量[2]。
