一、中职学校图书馆的现状　　1.教育特色不明显，职业教育迅猛发展的态势与其落后的办学条件形成了鲜明对比。

数字图书馆所具有的种种特性严重影响着当代图书馆学教育的发展。新时期下，数字图书馆知识化、多样化的资源提供方式，为广大用户建立起更为广阔信息资源平台，数学图书馆的相关工作人员发挥着知识导航的作用。

然而对于数字图书馆来说，其资源共享的深度与广度相差甚远。巨大的信息资源及先进科学的线上服务技术增强了数字图书馆增值服务功能，通过有效识别获取网上数字信息，然后进行重新组合、传播，从而增加原有信息资源的使用价值。由于信息是数字图书馆的主要资源，数字信息的有效储存是数字图书馆发展的重要保障。

打破文献借阅的局限，挖掘知识单元（知识单元是指构成整个知识集合系统的最基本单元形态）的基础信息并重新组合，实现数字图书馆管理的智能化。同时数字图书馆独有的优势，对科学技术的发展具有一定的促进作用。

Digital library construction for library science education brings opportunity for development at the same time also put forward a more severe challenges， so actively explore effect of digital library to modern library science education， promote the sustainable development of modern library science education has an important significance. Based on the discussion of digital libraries and library science education， focusing on the analysis of the characteristics of digital library， the development main problems， and affected contemporary library science education， has certain reference value on the study of related issues.[Key words]Digital Library。

网络化的信息资源传输功能，为数字图书馆的馆藏资源应用提供了更为便利的条件。（3）漠视微小数据的利用价值，忽视数据与读者之间联动性与关联性，不能以全局性思维、创新思维看问题，闲置用心去挖掘读者阅读的潜在动能。

图书馆召开读者见面会时信息反馈却差强人意，工作做了，还未获被认可。在此，不仅要结合工作实际情况，不仅要为读者提供丰富的馆藏资源，还要为读者所思，为读者所想，为图书馆将来的发展思考，真正为读者提供悉心更贴心的专有服务，让读者与图书馆共同搭建利用数据信息沟通的桥梁。

受人事制度管理体制影响，图书馆很难引进既懂专业业务又懂软件开发的复合型人才，能独立开发专用管理软件的人才较少，技术人才储备严重滞后，馆内人员配置往往还是以流通业务窗口为主。（4）管理人员因设备系统故障规避与读者之间的矛盾，而产生流失的数据统计。
