Research on self-service of college Library ――A case of Guangxi University of science and Technology Library LU Hua （Guangxi University of science and Technology Library， Liuzhou Guangxi 545006，China） 【Abstract】Taking Guangxi University of science and Technology Library as an example， this paper expounds the connotation of university library self service mode and the background. 组织机构是临时组合，缺乏长效性。显然，阅读推广难的真正原因在于大学生经典阅读意识淡薄、缺乏动力，而非时间问题。据厦门大学嘉庚学院学生对大学生课外阅读情况调查的统计分析，70%以上受访大学生认同经典阅读的重要意义，但表示课业负担较重，社团、兼职也占用了不少课余时间，没时间静心阅读厚重的著作。

构建经典阅读推广的长效机制是高校图书馆阅读推广活动发展的必然趋势。
对表现优秀的进行一定的奖励，如作为奖学金评比和保研的参考条件之一。5.争取资金支持，拓展经费来源公共图书馆在规划特色数字资源库建设时，要充分考虑到可持续性发展的问题，争取多方资金支持，逐步形成多元化的经费来源体系。
随着因特网的普及和图书馆数字化的发展，图书馆日常工作经常面临知识产权的风险问题，常常会遇到一些是否侵权的困惑，造成工作中要么因疏忽而发生侵权行为，要么因担心侵权而束手束脚。可以通过加大宣传力度，使各级政府对特色资源库建设工作引起足够的重视，争取在资金上给予支持。
2.丰富地方文献信息资源，提高办馆影响力数字信息只是在有限的空间里把大量的数字资源存储在存储介质上，可以极大地丰富馆藏。一、公共图书馆特色数字资源库建设的意义1.改变馆藏观念，合理配置资源图书馆根据自己的馆藏特色、读者需求等建设特色数字资源库，在资源建设中，要改变馆藏建设大而全、小而精的理念。
